Flashing an imposing look, our medieval drinking horn has been intricately handcrafted from ethically sourced Ox horn. Not only is it fun to use but it also makes a real statement when feasting after a long day of battles. The total capacity of the horn is approx. 400-500 ml.
Each horn shines in a beautiful black colour enhanced by delicately stamped brass decorations. Large rims of brass and other precious metals were often used to decorate horns in the Viking period.
Please avoid dishwashers and hot beverages. Before use, make sure to wash under running water. For a longer life, treat with bees’ wax after each use. Please note this is a natural product that decays with time and, hence cracks may come.
Safety Note = Because of the large size of the brass rim, this horn is not suitable for drinking acidic liquids such as carbonated waters (soda pop etc...).
