Brass Medieval Scallop Buckle - (set of 2)

These small buckles work great on garters, thin belts and shoes. Made from solid cast brass, they are incredibly versatile, pretty enough for a purse but strong enough for holding together your armor.

This style of buckle was popular in Elizabethan England and many have been found by metal detectorists in the U.K. Here are several examples from England's portable antiquities scheme, dated from 1550 to 1650 A.D.
