Posy rings are traditional gifts between lovers and often have a romantic inscription on the inside. This example is written in French gothic script and translates to "with all my heart".

Original is stored in the V&A Museum and they estimate it's date as circa 1400. https://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O377723/ring-unknown/
Please note: gold plated rings are not intended for constant wearing. Please take your ring off while taking a shower, washing the dishes, etc. to keep the gold shining longer.
